The Site is operated by Astra Roofing, a roofing contractor providing services in the Rio Grande Valley area of Texas and surrounding regions. Contact information is provided in Section 13.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site without permission

4. Requesting an Estimate or Inspection

Submitting a form on the Site (including the contact/estimate request form) is a request for Astra Roofing to contact you. It does not create a binding contract for services. Any roofing services, pricing, warranties, and timelines will be governed by a separate written agreement or estimate provided directly by Astra Roofing.

5. SMS Communications Program

By submitting a form on the Site and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es), you may opt in to receive text messages (SMS) from Astra Roofing.

Program Description: Astra Roofing's SMS program sends transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and project status updates, to customers who consent. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional offers and updates about our roofing services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the services you request.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Astra Roofing is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from Astra Roofing. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Privacy: Your phone number and consent status are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy : https://astraroofingtx.com/privacy-policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver SMS messages through our messaging service providers.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

6. No Professional or Warranty Advice on the Site

Content on the Site, including blog posts, service descriptions, and FAQs, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a professional inspection, warranty, or guarantee of any kind. Actual scope of work, pricing, and warranty terms will be provided in a separate written estimate or contract.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Astra Roofing or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as form and scheduling platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Astra Roofing. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
